Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Nenso is operated by Aetheris Ventures GmbH, Schwändeli 1, 6318 Walchwil, Switzerland (“Aetheris”). You must be at least 16 years old to use Nenso.
Your account & circle
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you add. A “circle” is a shared space for a couple or family; members of a circle can see and edit its shared content. You may belong to one circle.
Acceptable use
Use Nenso for your own personal/family organisation. Don’t use it unlawfully, attempt to access other circles’ data, or disrupt the service.
Plans, trial & billing
- Free trial: new circles start with a 14-day free trial of the full Nenso plan. No payment details are needed to start.
- Free plan: after the trial, your circle continues on the free plan — everything you created stays yours and stays editable; certain features are limited (such as photo storage, reminders and weekly recaps).
- Nenso plan: a paid subscription (monthly or annual) unlocks all features. Prices, currency options and any taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Money-back guarantee: if you’re not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. This is how we honour (and go beyond) statutory withdrawal rights for digital services, which you agree begin immediately at purchase.
- Cancelling: cancel anytime — your paid features stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your circle continues on the free plan.
- Changing plans: plan changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. This is immediate and permanent.
- If you are the only member of your circle, the entire circle and all its content are permanently deleted.
- If your circle has other members, you are removed and your personal data erased; the shared content the circle created together remains available to the remaining member(s), who are notified and may also choose to delete their account.
Service & changes
We aim to keep Nenso available and improving, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update these terms; we’ll note the “last updated” date and, for material changes, let you know in-app.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aetheris Ventures GmbH is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of Nenso. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the place of jurisdiction in Zug, Switzerland — subject to any mandatory consumer protections (including forum rights) of your country of residence.
